By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL
» Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased (Additional fees apply depending on service).
» My artwork may be used for personal usage such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
» AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
» I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities, for subjects I will not draw or when I am busy with other stuffs.
» Communication is important! Please reply to me as soon as possible when I send updates.PAYMENTS
» A full payment must be made before I start working on your commission.
» Payments to proposals should be paid fully within a week or will be declined.COMMUNICATION
» After I send updates on your commissions, please reply to me as soon as you can. Do not ghost me!
» Please give me a heads-up when you are unable to reply to my updates.
» Should you not reply to me for a month, I'll send you the artwork as it is with no additional refunds.
» I will keep you updated if delays occur.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
» It takes me around a week or two to finish your commission,
» Should I be busy with other stuffs, your commissions may take longer to finish.
» Please give me a flexible deadline.REFUNDS
» You may cancel before payment is made.
» Commissions are non-refundable after sketch.
» Refund requests will only be accepted if the reasons are valid.
» I may cancel and refund a commission if I am unable to work on or finish your commissions.
» Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
» Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complaint against you.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
» I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.
• Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
» Exceptions:
• Should you purchase private commission (in "May I publicly stream / share the work with credit?" section of the request form), the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
» You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Kloverad_i".
» You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially without permission.
• Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Feed the artwork to AI/NFT.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
» Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
» The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
» By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
